Qualifications of a Specialist
All of our care providers meet the following criteria:
- Aged 40–60, with personal experience in childbirth and parenting
- Free from infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis
- Vaccinated against whooping cough, influenza, and COVID-19
- Possess verified credentials and professional training in postpartum care
- Maintain excellent hygiene, a strong service mindset, and a caring attitude
- Skilled in light housekeeping and nutritious meal preparation
- Have completed certified postpartum care courses
Professional Standards and Responsibilities
Each caregiver must:
- Respect the mother's physical and emotional needs
- Support a smooth recovery and return to normal life
- Treat the newborn with care and empathy, from the baby’s point of view
- Refrain from any medical procedures
- Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Never disclose personal or private information
- Follow all Mommy Dream company guidelines
- Not request or accept any extra payments outside of agreed services
- Notify Mommy Dream of any overtime or schedule changes
